Hidden in the forests of Putten lies Landgoed Schovenhorst: a beautiful piece of nature featuring exceptional arboretums, historic avenues and the imposing Forest Tower. Climb the tower for a magnificent view over the Veluwe. Also great fun: the canopy walkway, the children's play forest and the cosy estate café. A varied day out for all ages, less than 10 minutes from Hof van Putten.

The Sculpture Garden in Garderen is one of the most delightful in the Netherlands (with over 4,000 square metres of fun!). You can enjoy unique creations both outside in the Sculpture Garden and inside the showroom village. In the summer, you can also visit for the Veluwe's top recommendation, the Sand Sculpture Festival.

Looking for an active day out in nature? Klimbos Garderen is the highest climbing forest in the Netherlands, with courses up to 25 metres high. With ten different routes, varying in difficulty, there is a challenge for everyone, from beginner climbers to real daredevils. Children from 4 years old can already take part in special children's courses.

Fancy a relaxing and fun outing? At Terra Nova in Putten, you will find one of the finest minigolf courses on the Veluwe. In good weather, you can play outside on 18 beautifully landscaped courses in the garden. Is it raining? Then the indoor minigolf course offers a solution. Great for young and old, and ideally combined with a day out in the local area.
