At Hof van Putten we apply the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH). These terms and conditions have been drawn up by the Dutch Hotel and Catering Association (KHN) and apply to all reservations, agreements and services offered by Hof van Putten.
The Uniform Conditions for the Hospitality and Catering Industry include provisions regarding, amongst other things:
Reservations
The terms and conditions that apply to making, changing and confirming reservations.
Payment
Agreements concerning payments, payment terms and any advance payments.
Cancellations
The rules regarding the cancellation or modification of hotel stays, meetings, parties, events and other reservations.
Liability
The rights and obligations of both Hof van Putten and our guests with regard to liability and damage.
Accommodation and house rules
Terms and conditions regarding the use of our hotel rooms, function rooms, restaurant and other facilities.
Applicability
The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry apply to all agreements concluded with Hof van Putten, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The UVH shall prevail over any other general terms and conditions.
