Are there any extra costs I need to take into account?
Yes, the city tax and handling fee per person per night.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
Are there also accessible rooms available in the hotel?
We have a number of disabled-friendly rooms, designed in the style of our comfort rooms and as a suite version.
Is it possible to cancel my reservation?
The rules of the Dutch Hotel and Catering Association apply to cancellations.
Is it possible to park at the hotel?
There is ample parking available on the hotel grounds. There are no additional charges for this.
Can I hire a bicycle and book in advance?
There are several bicycle racks and a lockable bicycle storage facility available on the hotel grounds.
Can I put my bikes in a bicycle parking area?
Yes, at Hof van Putten you can hire a standard bicycle or an electric bicycle (e-bike).
A standard bicycle is available from €9.50 per day and an e-bike from €25 per day.
You can easily hire bicycles at our reception upon arrival at the hotel. Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve a bicycle in advance.
Is there a possibility to charge my e-bike?
There are charging points for e-bikes available in the bicycle storage facility.
From what time is breakfast available?
Breakfast is from Monday to Friday between 07:00 and 10:00. On Saturday and Sunday, breakfast is between 07:30 and 10:30.
From what time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is available from 15:00, and check-out is until 11:00.
Is it possible to leave my luggage at the hotel (temporarily)?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at reception.
Is smoking permitted in the hotel?
The hotel is non-smoking, so smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
Can I book a cot or extra bed?
Yes, you can book a cot or an extra bed during your stay, subject to availability.
- Cot €10.00 per night.
- Extra bed: Available on a room-only basis. Breakfast is not included and can be booked separately if desired.
Is there a safe in the room?
All suites are equipped with an in-room safe; if you are staying in a comfort room, you can make use of one at reception.

What is not allowed?
- Using emergency exits as normal entrances and exits.
- Taking hotel property outside the building. In the event of intentional damage to hotel property, guests may be held liable for the repair and/or replacement costs.
- Consuming, using, dealing or carrying anaesthetic substances (including weed).
- Using nitrous oxide balloons and canisters in the room. If these substances are used, you will be evicted without a refund.
- Causing nuisance to others, including through loud music, obnoxious behaviour or noise of any kind whatsoever.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Should we discover that smoking has nevertheless taken place, a fine of €250.00 will be charged. In the event of smoke detector sabotage or the smoke detector being triggered, eviction will follow without a refund of the room payment.
- Being present in the room with more people than is permitted.
- Receiving visitors in the room.
- Receiving guests in the rooms for the purpose of commercial sexual activities.
In all cases not provided for in these regulations, the hotel management shall decide.
