As a Front Office Assistant, you are the very face of Hof van Putten. You are often the first and the last colleague our guests meet. With a warm welcome, a smile and personal attention, you ensure that every guest feels right at home. Whether it concerns a relaxing stay on the Veluwe, a business meeting or a festive occasion: thanks to you, the stay begins and ends with a positive experience.
A warm welcome, a friendly chat and that little bit extra. As a Front Office Assistant, you are the first point of contact for our guests. Whether they are coming for a relaxing stay, a business meeting or a celebratory occasion: you ensure that everyone immediately feels at home.
No day is the same. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests can enjoy a welcoming and carefree stay.
What are you going to do?
Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for a welcoming reception and a smooth stay for our guests. Your duties include:
- Receiving, checking in and checking out guests.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Processing reservations and administrative tasks.
- Informing guests about the hotel and the local area.
- Collaborating with colleagues from housekeeping, the restaurant and other departments.
- Contributing to an optimal guest experience.
Who are you?
You are friendly, hospitable and enjoy working with people. Even during busy times, you keep a clear overview and stay calm.
In addition:
- Are you well-presented and a strong communicator?.
- Do you like working together?.
- Are you good with a computer?.
- Are you available to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends?.
- Do you have a command of the Dutch language? English and/or German is an advantage.
Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but certainly not a requirement. We consider enthusiasm and a positive attitude to be at least as important.
